XY Incubation

140+ hours of applied entrepreneurship designed by operators who have built, launched and listed products globally. Not a lecture series — a supervised state transition from idea to repeatable revenue.

X = Idea / Prototype —[Δ Research · Δ Model · Δ Product · Δ GTM · Δ Capital]→ Y = Repeatable revenue

The hook

Most idea-stage ventures die of unproven demand, not bad code. We remove the assumption before it becomes a burn rate.

Intent · Take a venture from a claim to a measured, repeatable revenue motion inside two quarters — with evidence a professional investor can audit line by line.

Validated model with repeatable revenue and investor-grade narrative

Incubation is the full-stack version of the operating system: we run Discover, Model, Build and Grow in sequence against your venture, with the mentor bench and investor access attached.

Every module is tied to a value driver. You do not leave with slideware — you leave with a priced offer, a measured funnel, a defensible tech stack and a pitch that survives diligence.

1 · Applied training

  • Value discovery, creation and scale
  • Impact KPIs and driver-level measurement
  • Competition and substitute analysis
  • UX, HCD and gamified adoption loops
  • Market research and analytics
  • GTM and channel management
  • Branding, positioning and strategy
  • Financial modelling and budgeting
  • Elevator pitch and narrative design

2 · Investor & legal access

  • Pitch architecture and rehearsal
  • Term sheet literacy — SAFE, equity, debt
  • Legal assistance for contracts and IP
  • Access to global investors across India, US, EU, Israel, South Korea
  • Partnership and pilot introductions

3 · Technology evaluation

  • Current stack audit and architecture scan
  • Deployment pipeline and CI/CD review
  • Platform unit economics and hidden cost
  • AI and data analytics opportunity mapping
  • No-code → low-code → modular → microservices path
  • Data security, PII and localisation

4 · Networking & mentoring

  • Mentor bench matched to the missing capability
  • International market exposure and field trips
  • Peer cohort accountability rhythm
  • Domain experts engaged per decision, not per retainer

Eligibility

  • ✓Minimum revenue traction (early revenue or funded pilot)
  • ✓High-impact founding team with complementary capability
  • ✓Industry agnostic — SaaS, deep tech or social enterprise
  • ✓Solving a problem a real buyer already pays to avoid
  • ✓A defensible moat, not a feature
  • ✓Ambition for 100X scale, 10X impact, 10X returns
  • ✓Demonstrable agility — you ship and learn weekly

Why it matters · impact

Assumption cost compounds

Every unvalidated assumption you carry into build multiplies into engineering months, wrong hires and dead pipeline. Killing one bad assumption in week two is worth roughly a quarter of runway later.

Revenue is a system, not an event

First revenue proves nothing on its own. Repeatable revenue — same channel, same segment, predictable cost — is what changes valuation and what diligence actually tests.

Investor-grade or invisible

Capital does not reward effort; it rewards legible evidence. We instrument the venture so the deck is a byproduct of the operating data, not a creative exercise.

How it runs · deep dive

01

Weeks 1–4 · Evidence before build

We suspend the roadmap and run structured demand discovery against the segments you claim to serve.

  • 25–40 problem interviews scored on frequency, pain intensity and current spend
  • Substitute and workaround map — what customers do today, and what it costs them
  • Willingness-to-pay probes with three price architectures, not one number
  • Kill criteria written down before the evidence arrives
02

Weeks 5–10 · Model and offer

The business model is configured as an engine: segment, offer, price, channel, cost to serve — each with a number attached.

  • Unit economics model with CAC, gross margin and payback per channel
  • Priced, packaged offer with a written value hypothesis per tier
  • Minimum viable architecture matched to the product cycle, not to fashion
  • Weekly evidence review — advance, pivot or stop
03

Weeks 11–18 · Motion and capital

We build the smallest system that produces revenue twice in a row, then package it for capital.

  • One channel instrumented end to end: source → qualified → won → retained
  • Activation and time-to-value measured, not assumed
  • Data room, cap table hygiene, IP and contract clean-up
  • Investor rehearsal with technical and financial diligence simulated
