Is StartupXY an incubator, an accelerator or a consultancy?

All three are entry points, not identities. StartupXY is an operating system: the same 20 value drivers, 9 stages and 7 systems power incubation, acceleration, funding, market access and consulting engagements.

It depends on the engagement. Cohort programmes run on fees or a small equity component; funding and portfolio work is structured case by case. Terms are agreed before any work starts — never mid-engagement.

What stage do you work with?

Idea through Series A, plus corporate labs commercialising technology. If you can state an X and a Y, there is a mapping — the mapper will tell you within a minute whether we are the right fit.

How is this different from an accelerator batch?

A batch gives every venture the same twelve weeks. We measure your specific driver gaps and apply only the interventions that move them, in dependency order, with the metric that proves each one.

Do you help with fundraising directly?

Yes. XY Capital covers narrative, model, data room and diligence readiness, then warm access to investors across India, the US, Europe, Israel and South Korea. We do not guarantee raises — we make you fundable.
